There are so many awesome free workout videos on YouTube…and if you’re like me, I don’t like to work out in front of a bunch of people, I feel much more comfortable in my own home…(with the shades shut, and nobody home) HAHA!
Here are my favorite workouts by Tiffany Rothe:
Waist Workout – This one is such a great workout, and you don’t even know you worked yourself until the next day when it’s hard to sit up or move in certain ways. It is a great core workout! I do this one a couple times a week.
Flat Abs Workout – This is such a great and challenging workout. I love that it incorporates so many moves and it works SO well. I am planning on doing this one a lot more in the future :)
Optional: Yoga Mat
Ballet Workout – This one is a ballet workout which is very easy for beginners. I love it because it is more about the muscle tightening than anything. Great for balance…(I’m still working on that part, LOL)
Mountain Climber Workout – This one is great, I just did this one yesterday…and let me tell you…this is intense unless you are in great shape (which I’m not…yet!!) I can barely walk today!! haha
Optional: Weights (3-5 lbs) or two water bottles
