Looking for the perfect snack for anytime of the day? I was digging through the pantry and craving something salty and sweet when I decided to throw together a few ingredients I had around the house already to make a 4 Ingredient Trail Mix.
I started with granola, and then added a couple different type of nuts, then the chocolate chips. I don’t really care for M&M’s that much and didn’t have any so this was the perfect substitute. Here’s how much I used, but you can add more or less of each item depending on what you like most. Please note I did not measure when I made it so these are guess-timates on how much I used of each item!
1 cup Granola
1/2 cup Lightly Salted Peanuts
1/2 cup Lightly Salted Almonds
1/4 cup chocolate chips
**The one ingredient I wish I had in the pantry to add was Raisins. I think those would have been delicious in this. I also considered putting in some Honey Nut Chex, and may still do that!
